Licensing observed two employees who have been employed longer than 90 days that do not have an ELCCT certificate.
Licensing observed a small portion of the fence that is toppled over due to recent storm damage and the children could walk over it to get out of the playground.
Licensing observed one employee who has been employed longer than 12 months who has an expired PDL.

Regulation Description
340:110-3-286(a) - Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes. Only teaching personnel count in ratios, unless requirements specifically state otherwise. The program is required to maintain ratios at all times.
