During the walkthrough the teacher in one classroom was observed by licensing to walk into the office 2 times. Once to get a sharpie the other time to get lunch.
One teacher observed by licensing leaving the children in the classroom by themselves to walk to the office for a sharpie and another time to get lunch.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
