2 staff working with children do not have background investigations in process or completed.
Two staff employed at least 12 months have not obtained a professional development ladder certification.
Two teaching personnel working alone with children do not have background investigations in process. Therefore; they can not be counted in staff/child ratio.
4 staff employed with the program have incomplete/closed criminal history review requests.
3 teaching personnel working with children and counting in ratio today do not have criminal history review requests in process therefore; they can not be counted in ratio.
2 staff employed 1 year have not obtained a professional development ladder certification.
3 staff employed at least 90 days do not have documentation of completed entry level training.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
