One classroom had multiple children's clothes and shoes on the changing surface.
One classroom with 2 year olds and younger had a fan cord that was hanging down where children could reach. There was a soft chair that was child sized that made it reachable for children.
This was last completed March 2023.
One staff subbing for a teacher did not have safe sleep in the classroom with infants.
