Safe sleep
Non Compliance Observed One staff subbing for a teacher did not have safe sleep in the classroom with infants. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Sub was removed from the infant room and staff with safe sleep training replaced them. Non Compliance Observed One classroom with 2 year olds and younger had a fan cord that was hanging down where children could reach. There was a soft chair that was child sized that made it reachable for children. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Fan was moved by Director to prevent to access to cord. Director will have a cord attached to the shelf.
