Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed a toddler in a crib with a sippy cup with juice at the time of visit. Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed a crib was next to a wall with an outlet, no faceplate, and a Samsung charger plugged into it. The charger was sticking into the crib slats, with the charging cord bending into crib slats making it easy for the one year old in side the crib to pull the cord out of the outlet.
