Hand washing facilities
Non Compliance Observed Sinks checked in the hall were testing at 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The director changed the water heater to a lower setting. They will monitor the water and train personnel on making sure they assist with handwashing until the temperature is lowered to at most 120 degree Fahrenheit.
