Non Compliance Observed No teacher in the 1 and older classroom. There were one 1 year old and Seven 2 Year olds. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Teacher returned to the classroom. This was corrected during the visit. To maintain this requirement, we will discuss remaining in the class until another staff can take their place. As well as proper supervision. This will be done at staff meeting and will have conversations one on one with staff. I will monitor staff to ensure staff understand and are remaining in their class. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes. Only teaching personnel count in ratios, unless requirements specifically state otherwise. The program is required to maintain ratios at all times. Plan to Correct Date 2024-07-10
