Fire inspections
Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed programs last fire inspection conducted on 6/15/21. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Fire Inspection was wrote as a non-compliance on 9/19/23 monitoring visit. The program has tried numerous attempts to get a fire inspection schedule. Licensing was given an email from church secretary< Kim Myatt dated 10/9/23 to Angela Aguilar, Oklahoma State Fire Marshal requesting for a fire inspection. 10/10/23 Angela Aguilar, Oklahoma State Fire Marshal responded with if your are inside city limits, please contact the city of Newcastle. Kim Myatt states that city of Newcastle has been contacted numerous times and city of Newcastle informs the program that they do not do fire inspections to contact State Fire Marshal. During monitoring visit Pastor Danny just spoke with licensing regarding the fire inspection. Pastor Danny went by the city hall informed him that City of Newcastle does not do fire inspections. Pastor Danny said he also tried calling Kevin Self, city manager, and left a message for him to return his call. Pastor Danny stated he then called Gene Reid, member of City of Newcastle city counsel. Gene Reid told Pastor Danny that the city of Newcastle does not do fire inspections. Unless something changed in the last 2 weeks. Gene Reid, city counsel, just called Danny Ray back. Gene Reid talked to Matt Fullerton city inspector for City of Newcastle. Gene Reid asked who JC Carrol was. Matt Fullerton pulled up on his computer JC Carrol and he is a third party fire inspector. Danny Ray had Gene Reid on speaker phone and licensing heard him tell Danny Ray that JC Carrol is a third party fire inspector. Gene Reid sent a screen shot of a photo. The picture shows the City of Enid. Fire Department I City of Enid, Oklahoma. Approved third-party consultants. JC Carroll Fire Protection Consulting, Inc. 4709 Roundup Road Edmond, OK 73034. Phone: (405) 509 - 2157. Cell: (405) 250- 4296. Danny is wanting to call and schedule fire inspection. However, licensing advised to wait due to licensing does not know if this individual is approved and is staffing with supervisor. In the future the program will contact licensing if program cannot get inspections scheduled Regulation Description Fire inspections. Inspections are conducted at least every two years by the local or state fire governmental authority having jurisdiction. Documentation is maintained per OAC 340:110-3-281.2(c). Hand washing facilities
Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed a classroom that is divided up into 2 classroom's with the front side containing (5) one-year-old's and the back side containing (1) one-year old. One-year-old's in that classroom are still in diapers and there is not a sink in the classroom. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will move the one-year-old's to the room downstairs with a sink in the room. This weekend the Owner is adding 2 sinks in the classroom where the one-year-old's were located today. After adding the sinks in the classroom, classroom's inside with have a sink. Regulation Description Diaper changing areas have at least one sink, excluding portable sinks in the same classroom or a restroom opening directly into the classroom when the classroom has 2-year-olds or younger in diapers.
