Safe sleep
Non Compliance Observed Serious - One of the staff in the infant room did not have proof of having had taken the safe sleep course. JD Staff was not able to produce a certificate. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Serious- Staff was removed from the infant classroom during the visit and put in a different classroom that did not have infants. In the future, staff working with infants will have proof of safe sleep on record. Regulation Description Safe sleep. Non Compliance Observed Director does not have a current bronze ODC. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Person has been named Director and is doing training to meet Director qualifications. Diaper changing area
Non Compliance Observed Diaper changing area had debris on the pad as well as under the pad in the two year old classroom as well as the one year old classroom. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Diaper changing area will be cleaned thoroughly to remove the debris. In the future, the changing pads will be cleaned and there will not be debris around the pad. Regulation Description are kept free of all objects except for necessary items used when diapering.
