Upon arrival there were 4 infants and only 3 playpens set up. Upon review of licensing one play pen mattress pad board was found to be broken. Meaning that only 2 playpens were available for use on this date.

One infant was left with a parent as previously planned with the parent. The broken play pen was taken down during this visit. They will use the two available playpens and will hold the third infant when playpen is not available. When one is available they will switch sheets and sanitize the playpen between use of the infants. After today, the primary caregiver will purchase a new playpen for use and will ensure that the number of infants does not exceed the number of available playpens. Playpens will be checked for damage throughout the use.
