Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
Licensing observed peeling paint on multiple spots on the front door of the garage. Licensing observed a small hole in the wall, next to the central alarm box.
Licensing observed a pest nest on the ceiling and dust like material on the shelves in the rainy day room. Licensing observed tall grass along the fence line in the outdoor play area.
Licensing observed the fence to be leaning in two sections on the playground. The fence is not 48 inches in the two sections. Licensing observed the pole that is used to latch onto the gate, to not be secure.
