Plan to Correct

Staff called parent at time of incident and shared her observations on voicemail which included the child awake and alert, with child stating to leadership that he had not hit his head. In the future, our team will share all possible occurrences with parents from any individual who gave a different perspective in the classroom. All staff will be trained on this by October 5th.
