Licensing observed a clear, unzipped backpack belonging to a teacher in a classroom that contained personal items accessible to children.
Licensing observed medication accessible to children.
One member of staff hired on 5/20/25 and who has worked for the program for more than 90-calendar days does not have proof of having completed ELCCT training.

Plan to Correct
Daily and weekly cleaning checklists will be posted in all classrooms. Director/Admin will ensure that cleaning and checklists are completed throughout the day and before closing daily.

340:110-3-304(a)(1) - The facility and vehicles are clean, sanitary, and free of clutter and litter, including paper accumulation. The facility and equipment have accumulations of no dust, dirt, soil, food particle, or other debris accumulation.
