Plan to Correct

The worker was advised by the owner that the director was on leave as of September 2025. The owner reported that they would inquire regarding the OKDHS permitted time frame for a leave of absence and based on those requirements, would take appropriate action including either the appointment of a qualified director or obtaining confirmation of the current director's return date.
