  • Licensing observed the fence to have several screws sticking out all along the outdoor play area.
  • Licensing observed electrical cords hanging down above the infant and toddler changing table as well as from the camera in the 3 and 4 year old classroom.
  • Licensing observed 1 freezer used for children's food service at the program to not have a thermometer.

  • The program does not have appropriate rest equipment for a 10 month old infant in care today. All infant rest equipment was moved to the new location this morning.
  • The director/ master teacher has a professional development ladder that expired of 05/01/26.

Supervision - A teacher engaged in personal activity (electronics) was unaware that an authorized person had entered the center and picked up a child.
