- Annual drills have not be completed since June 2021. Program must complete these drills every 12 months.
- During the visit, licensing staff observed school-age personnel interacting with a child. Licensing staff used the word 'shove' to describe the interaction, while personnel used the word 'poked'. Personnel was observed to use pointer finger to poke child on the chest which resulted in him stepping backward. The action was not done as punishment but in what the personnel described as fun. However, the action could have been misconducted if observed by a parent or other individual not familiar with the personnel & children's normal interactions.
