Plan to Correct

All children will continue to be supervised at all times. If a school-age child needs to rest, there will be significant space, between them, and their friends. Rough housing is not allowed. Children are required to keep their hands to their self. School-age children are not allowed to bring blankets or pillows to the facility.

Regulation Description

340:110-3-287(a) - Supervision. Supervision is the function of observing, overseeing, and guiding a child or group of children, including an awareness of, and responsibility for, the ongoing activity of each child, and being near enough to intervene when needed. The program is required to maintain supervision at all times.

Plan to Correct

All electronics, whether from home or the ones on site, will be supervised and only preapproved downloaded apps will be used.

Regulation Description

340:110-3-289(i)(2) - When the internet is accessible for children's use, the program ensures children do not have access to inappropriate websites, email, instant messaging, and similar technology.
