Plan to Correct

Notice to Comply emailed to program on 1/16/26 for completion. Notice to Comply Completed 1/20/26: 12/11/2025: BBLC LLC conducted a staff meeting discussing the severity of the complaint; addressed and discussed OKDHS Licensing requirements for discipline and guidance, assured personnel understood and felt confident in their ability to carry out their responsibilities and comply with rules moving forward. I immediately enrolled Zoey Seiber in training to help her learn developmentally appropriate practices and cognitive development in toddlers. I provided Zoey Seiber with classroom resources to help her strengthen her knowledge and skills approaching challenging behaviors in her classroom. Zoey Seriber was issued a formal write up per BBLC LLC Personnel Disciplinary Policy detailing the course of action BBLC LLC would take during the course of OKDHS' investigation. The report includes our course of discipline, being that for a period of immediately to when we receive the findings, Zoey Seiber was not left alone to supervise any children. Qualified support staff or myself assume the role of lead teacher until we receive the findings.

Regulation Description

340:110-3-288(c)(1)(F) - restraining or tying to restrict a child's movement by any means other than holding. Holding is used only as long as necessary for the child to regain self-control.
