Plan to Correct

As of November 7, 2024, Classrooms will maintain the posted allergy list. In addition, there is a master list located in the Kitchen and Director's Office. As of November 7, 2024, Posted signs at each entrance letting families and outside people know there are allergies in the facility. As of November 7, 2024, Kitchen staff along with Center Director has checked all products in the facility for "Cinnamon" and items were discarded. As of November 7, 2024, Classroom Staff that were involved in the incident have received a written warning. In addition, Kitchen Staff that was involved in the incident received a written warning along with probation. As of November 7, 2024, Kitchen Staff and Center Director will ensure that f,ood menus planned will not have "Cinnamon." As of November 7, 2024, Kitchen Staff will make sure no children will be served any products that contain restricted ingredients
