Notice to comply was completed by director: All van drivers has signed transportation policy which is children are loaded on to their assigned van, staff will log them onto Brightwheel van list. As children are being uploaded at the program they will be logged out of Brightwheel van list. Whomever unloads the van will count the children as they are unloading and get them inside the building and will get into the van to scan the seats to make sure everyone is unloaded. The van driver will finish their paperwork after parking the van and will walk through the van again to make sure all children has exited. The driver must sign the times that children are loaded in and out of the van using provided notebook in the van. Also drivers may not leave school property until they can verify the child is not at school.

Notice to comply was completed by director: Personnel that is unloaded and doing head count will ensure no children are left in vehicle. Van driver will park the van then prior to leaving vehicle will scan the van to ensure no children are left in the vehicle.

340:110-3-281.2(d)(6) - Child passenger check. Before leaving the vehicle and in addition to the transportation attendance, the driver or last personnel in the vehicle documents completion of at least two methods of inspecting all areas of the vehicle for any remaining children to ensure no children are left on the vehicle.
