Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
There were 11 infant, one, and two year olds in ratio with two staff. There were 6 infants in the group.
In the infant room they do not have the handwashing procedures posted.
In the toddler room they do not have the diaper changing procedures posted.
Licensing observed the following missing in more than one classroom: evacuation routes, ratio and group size posting, daily classroom schedule, weekly lesson plans with current dates.
It has been more than 12 months since the fire extinguishers were last inspected and tagged.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
