Refreshed myself by reading the licensing requirements handbook. Regarding the non-compliance of not reporting to licensing when a child injury needed emergency medical attention- I have re-read the Licensing Requirements Handbook over this area and if an incident occurs where a child will need medical attention, licensing will be notified immediately.

Had all staff read and sign an updated acknowledgment and policy re: cell phones & new camera system in place. Regarding the non-compliance of a staff member on their cell phone- Every staff member was required to sign an updated cell phone policy and was also refreshed on the Licensing policy that goes over cell phone use. All of our staff are aware that cell phones are never to be used while in direct care of a group of children. The new policy will not allow non-job-related activities to interfere with supervision. A new camera system has also been put in place for better monitoring of supervision quality.
