Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
The chain link fencing on the east side of the playground was not secured to the one pole. The section of fence was able to be pushed out and down by Child Care Licensing worker.
Food allergy list posted in the kitchen did not have full names of children included.
In the one restroom used by two classrooms paper towels were not accessible in the restroom. They were available instead in the next room out of reach of the children.
Director's Oklahoma Director's Credential is expired as of 8/17/2023.
There is no qualified Master teachers for the program, Director who is the Master teacher OPDL expired in 8/2023 and is not current. There is One PMT counting. But 2 master teachers required.
One classroom did not have this current week's lesson plan posted. It was dated September 18th which is the previous week.
Two staff that have worked at the program for over 90 days and do not have current PDLs.
Three staff do not have proof of orientation training completion.
One staff does not have proof of ELCCT training completion.
Three staff did not have current CPR and First Aid training. One of these staff took an unapproved course.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
