Grievance upheld. "All new hires are trained on their 2nd day of employment on Child Supervision and Active Supervision. Teachers all also trained to only allow one child in the bathroom at a time in the PK classroom unless they are able to stand and monitor the children in the bathroom. Management will observe that this is happening while walking the center."
