2. SERIOUS: General qualifications, responsibilities, and professional development-(c) Responsibilities. (2) Caring for and educating children-Teacher holding child onto cot during naptime causing bruises: Determined from parent interview, police report, child welfare findings, and review of program video the teacher did have the child by the arm, and this resulted in bruising on child's arm.
