Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
There was a can of charcoal lighter in the back yard play area.
There were hazards observed in the kitchen, living area, and in the bathroom. There were cleaning supplies, deodorant, hair spray and a sharp kitchen tool accessible to children.
There was an AR-15 Rifle in the top of the caregivers closet. It was not locked up according to requirements. The ammunition was in the same closet. .
