Listed below are the non-compliances OBSERVED during a visit. The regulation, its description, the non-compliance observed according to the regulation and a plan of corrective action are all provided.
Licensing observed that PDL level is currently expired. This expired 7/11/25, Provider requested PDL check on 6/27/2025, but CECPD is showing not eligible for a current PDL.
Licensing observed that CECPD currently is showing no training hours in last 12 months. Last training is showing for June 17, 2024, those hours would not count towards current training year.
Licensing observed that there was a one year old, and 3 one year olds, as well as a two year old and a three year old present.
Licensing observed that the cats in the home do not have current vaccinations.
Any complaint investigation that rises to the level of abuse/neglect is referred to Oklahoma Human Services Child Welfare Services for screening and investigation. All other complaint allegations are investigated by Oklahoma Child Care Services. Only substantiated complaints are available for viewing online.
