Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed one staff member caring for infants who did not have safe sleep training. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Director moved the staff member to another classroom that does not have infants. Director stated everyone will have safe sleep training before they step into a classroom. Regulation Description Safe sleep. Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed one employee who took an approved CPR course but there was no 1st Aid certification. Director will verify the CPR/1st Aid is from an approved source within 90 days of employees start date. Regulation Description CPR and first aid. Inappropriate sleep environment
