Non Compliance Observed One staff member who has not taken a safe sleep training was caring for infants. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct This was corrected during the visit by the staff member moving to a different room and being replaced by a staff member with safe sleep training. In the future new staff will have safe sleep training prior to working with infants. Regulation Description Safe sleep. Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed the infant/ toddler classroom with no staff member present. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct This was corrected during the visit when the staff member returned to the classroom. In the future new staff will be trained and made aware of the expectation for them to stay in the classroom with children at all times. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes.
