Central detection and alarm system checks for smoke and carbon monoxide
Non Compliance Observed Program was unable to provide a contract with the company used that continuously monitors the central detection and alarm system for smoke and carbon monoxide system for full-function. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Director stated they contact the site coordinator who stated they have reached out to the school's principle and the secretary to get the current contract the school uses for their central alarm detection system but has not received anything back. Director states they will continue to try and obtain this document for licensing and ensure they maintain a current contract on file for the program. Director is going to CC' licensing on the emails that show the program site coordinator requesting a copy of the contract.
