Weekly menu
Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed that no current menu was posted for families to see. Menu posted was dated Nov 4-8, 2024. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director states that she will put new menu out on board for parents to see. In the future states that she will be the one responsible for the menu being displayed weekly. Regulation Description Weekly menu. The menu, including dates and substitutions, is posted. Diaper changing procedures
Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed no diaper changing procedures posted in the infant room. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director states that she will get signs and display them according to guidelines. In the future Director states she will make sure signs are present at all times. Regulation Description per to Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix KK – Diaper Changing Procedures. previous visit had no non compliances. Facility is replacing old fence on playground with new fence and making play area bigger for children as well as has added new play equipment for all ages.
