Non Compliance Observed The program does not have documentation of having completed the physical environment checklist within the last 12 months. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will locate the checklist and will send to licensing. If unable to locate the completed copy, director will complete a new one and send to licensing. Moving forward, director will ensure this is completed at least annually. Equipment inventory
Non Compliance Observed The program does not have documentation of having completed the equipment inventory within the last 12 months. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Director will locate the checklist and will send to licensing. If unable to locate the completed copy, director will complete a new one and send to licensing. Moving forward, director will ensure this is completed at least annually. Required master teachers
Non Compliance Observed One teaching personnel listed as a master teacher, does not have current first aid/CPR training. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Master teacher is signed up to complete the training on 6/12/25. Once completed, director will send a copy of the master teacher's certification to licensing. Moving forward, director will ensure that all teaching staff have current first aid/CPR certifications. Regulation Description Required master teachers. At least one master teacher is required for every 60 children of the licensed capacity. Only the required number of master teachers are required to meet all of the master teacher requirements.
