Non Compliance Observed The Master Teacher for the program has an expired PDL. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The Master Teacher has already reapplied for her PDL training and submitted transcripts. CCLS spoke with OK Registry who stated she still needed to complete 13 more training hours. The MT has completed those hours and her PDL is just waiting to be renewed now. Program Director will ensure that Master Teachers have the required 20 hours that is needed for a PDL renewal before they submit an application for PDL renewal. Director will ensure PDL's are applied for at least 30 days before expiration. Regulation Description have a current Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder (OPDL) certificate, per OAC 340 Appendix FF - Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder of Level 4 or higher.
