Non Compliance Observed Two children did not have sheets that covered the entire resting surface. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The children were provided blankets to act as sheets on their mats. The program will be purchasing extra sheets to ensure that all children have a sheet on their mat. In the future, the program will ensure that every child has a sheet fulling covering their mats. Non Compliance Observed Four children one years and older, did not have a cover within reach of them. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Staff in charge found extra blankets to provide to the children. Appropriate sleep environment
Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed an 11 month old asleep on a mat. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct The infant was picked up and placed into a crib. In the future, the program will ensure that all infants are placed in cribs to sleep. The program will look into going through safe sleep training again for all staff.
