Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Typed for Director: Director will submit personnel forms by end of business today to licensing. Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed that the program has 7 staff with expired OPDL. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Typed for Director: Director stated that she will have staff complete training and submit for OPDL renewal by 5/14/25. Director will submit certificates to licensing once complete. In the future director will make sure that all new staff complete ELCCT within 90 days of employment. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT.
