Typed for provider: A head to toe examination was completed on the child, and no injuries were found, incident report completed , parent notified the same day, staff was given the opportunity to resign or be terminated immediately- staff resigned. To ensure future compliance retrain all staff: Head count are necessary part of transitional activities- head count children before/after each transition to ensure that all children are accounted for. ProCare application:ProCare application is a "name to face count" that must match the child's name and picture on the app with the children in their class.
