Non Compliance Observed Program Director's Oklahoma Director Credential expired on 6/8/24. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Program Director applied for her ODC on 12/17/24. CECPD is currently processing from 12/2/24. Program Director will put a reminder in her phone and on a calendar to remind her of when this is due. Fencing
Non Compliance Observed The outdoor play area does not currently have a fence around it. The play area is under construction at this time. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The program was redoing the playground area to flatten the play area out. The program has the poles up for the fence, but the snow hit and now it is too muddy to put the fencing back up. The program will be putting the fencing up as soon as the weather cooperates. Program will ensure the fence remains up at the program and is in good repair. Regulation Description Fencing. Outdoor play areas are enclosed by a building or fence. Plan to Correct Date 2025-04-01
