Non Compliance Observed One personnel was an incomplete background investigation. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct The personnel was removed from the room and another personnel took their place in the classroom. A new request is being worked on and submitted while Licensing was onsite. The program stated they will make sure personnel's background request are complete. Licensing discussed the importance of making sure personnel's background requests are complete. The program agrees all licensing requirements must be met at all times. Ratios
Non Compliance Observed The program was out of ratio by three children with no personnel that could count into ratio. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Another personnel was placed in the classroom so the room would be back in compliance. Licensing discussed the importance of maintaining ratios at all times. The program stated they will ensure the program is in ratio at all times, and agrees all licensing requirements must be met. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes.
