Non Compliance Observed Staff employed on 11/3/25 does not have current FA/CPR. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Staff will enroll in a class or complete online. In the future, staff will complete training before it expires. Regulation Description CPR and first aid. Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certifications are age-appropriate for the children's ages accepted into care and are from approved sources listed on the OPDR website. In addition to CPR and first aid certification requirements for individuals in (A) through (B) of this subsection, other position specific CPR and first aid certification requirements are also met, per OAC 340:110-3-284.1 through 340:110-3-284.4. Non Compliance Observed Lunch was observed to be: spaghetti, corn, meat sauce and milk. Menu reflected: beef nachos, beans, corn and milk. Menu was not updated.
