Non Compliance Observed Worker observed two staff with expired PDL certificates. Staff employed on 6/1/22 Staff employed on 9/2/03 Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: No Plan to Correct Worker observed both certificates to be resubmitted. Program is waiting on CECPD to process the request. Director will follow up with CECPD to ensure that all documents have been received. Prior to or within 12 months of employment, teaching personnel obtain and maintain a current Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder (OPDL) certificate, per OAC 340 Appendix FF – Oklahoma Professional Development Ladder. CPR and first aid
Non Compliance Observed One staff employed over 90 days does not have current FA training. Director reported that the staff took a training but it was only CPR. Director did not have a copy of the certificate. Worker was not able to verify that the staff has current CPR training. Director reported staff will complete FA and CPR. Director will submit a copy of the certificate to worker once it has been completed. Regulation Description CPR and first aid. Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certifications are age-appropriate for the children's ages accepted into care and are from approved sources listed on the OPDR website.
