Hazards
Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed planks of lumber on the floor of the storm shelter accessible to children. The planks are a tripping hazard if the shelter has to be used in an emergency. Licensing also observed electrical wiring from open outlet in safe room. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Will remove planks and cover the exposed wires.
