Non Compliance Observed At the time of Licensing's visit, one personnel employed by the program for over 12 calendar months did not have a current OPDL certification. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct The program will make sure that the staff without a current OPDL take all necessary training as needed to bring her OPDL current, the program will resubmit all documentation and the request to renew the OPDL to the registry. In the future, the program will make sure all staff have completed at least 12 hours of professional development a year and make sure all staff submit required items to the registry at least 45 days before the OPDL expires.
