The teacher returned to the facility about 5 minutes after Licensing entered the facility. In the future, Ms. Johnson will ensure there are appropriate staff to child ratios prior to allowing a teaching personnel counted in staff to child ratios to leave the facility.

Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes. Only teaching personnel count in ratios, unless requirements specifically state otherwise. The program is required to maintain ratios at all times.

Ms. Johnson will ensure each table is cleaned after every meal. In the future, Staff will sanitize and disinfect the facility and toys every Wednesday and Friday. Staff will continue to clean after each meal to include the floor.
