Non Compliance Observed One staff member had submitted a background request but did not have fingerprints in the last 2 years. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Numerous: No Repeated: No Serious Non Compliance: Yes Plan to Correct Staff member left the premises. Staff member will have fingerprints completed and will not return to the program until she shows as "in process" with OBI. In the future, Program director will make sure all new staff are showing as "in process" before allowing them to work at the program. Regulation Description Required individuals. In the future, staff child ratios will be met by making sure all staff count in ratio and following ratio charts provided by Child Care Licensing. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes.
