Non Compliance Observed One personnel does not have a current OPDL and has not submitted her OPDL for renewal. Non Compliance Observed One personnel employed longer than 90 days has not completed ELCCT yet. The program stated the next time they come in they will help her complete the test. The program agrees and understand all licensing requirements must be met. Regulation Description Entry Level Child Care Training (ELCCT) or equivalent. Prior to, or within 90-calendar days of employment, teaching personnel hired after August 1, 2003, complete an approved entry-level training listed on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR) website, such as ELCCT. Ratios
Non Compliance Observed Program was not maintaining ratios in the back room of the baby area with two awake children in the back room and no personnel was present in the back room of the baby area. The program stated they will ensure there is a personnel present on both sides (front and back rooms) if there are children in the front and back rooms. The program has hired today another personnel that will be present to help supervision be maintained in the baby areaThe program understands and agrees ratios must be maintained at all times. Regulation Description Ratios. Ratios are the number of teaching personnel required to be physically present with a child or group of children, per Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) 340 Appendix GG - Ratios and Group Sizes. The program has hired today another personnel that will be present to help supervision be maintained in the baby area. The program understands and agrees supervision must be maintained at all times.
