Non Compliance Observed Center does not have a acting director as of May 3, 2023 Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Owner states assistant director is working on her Directors credentials and plans to be Director by the end of the summer. In the future Owner stated A director will always be appointed to maintain requirements. Regulation Description Director.
