Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Fire Marshall is scheduled to come out on July 6, 2023 to inspect and tag extinguishers. Non Compliance Observed Two teachers do not have current CPR and First aid training certification because they expired in May 2023. Non Compliance Observed The Food fridge temperature is showing above at 43 degrees. The Food Freezer is showing above at 3 degrees. Non Compliance Observed The sliding exit door from the infant room was catching on the bottom not allowing it to open on multiple tries.. Teacher was able to open door after trying a couple of times.
