Non Compliance Observed Licensing observed one personnel to be present with children, counting in ratio, who has not been fingerprinted yet. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance Yes Plan to Correct Corrected at time of visit. Director moved some children and a qualified personnel into the room. Director sent the personnel to get fingerprinted during visit, and called OBI at time of visit so they can expedite it. Director will ensure that prior to any new employee starting and being present in the building, they must have been fingerprinted within the 5yrs and have a background check submitted to OBI.
