Non Compliance Observed Facility does not have a current Fire Inspection. Has not been current since May 2024. Numerous, Repeated, and/or Serious Non Compliance No Plan to Correct Wireless smoke detectors were not placed in facility since the facility was told they needed to close by Oct 31st and that would be an unnecessary expense. In the future, the facility will have a current Fire Inspection at all times. Regulation Description Fire approval. An inspection from the local or state fire governmental authority having jurisdiction is required prior to authorization to operate from Licensing.
